TLN has 35 plus years of experience in Information Technology space and with a domain background in Insurance businesses.  He took early retirement from Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) in 2019 as Strategic Business Unit Head and since been providing consultancy to small scale IT companies.  Prior to joining Cognizant, he was managing AIG’s (American International Group) Captive Unit in India.

TLN had a long stint of service at Life Insurance Corporation of India – one of the largest Life Insurance Company in India. He had travelled extensively with exposure to various client environment & culture across globe.  His focus throughout the professional journey has been Client Satisfaction, Delivery Excellence and People Management.
